Andrew brings extensive leadership experience across defence, health and technology. His career includes 20+ year Royal Marines officer and senior UK Ministry of Defence official service, alongside healthtech, risk management and international consultancy executive roles. Over the past year, Andrew served as Track24's Chief Operating Officer, playing critical company transformation roles and AtlasNXT—the world's most advanced duty of care platform—development.
