The recruitment process is a funnel helping employers find suitable role candidates. As candidates, be prepared for interviews, informed about companies and engaged with roles and recruiters in each process stage to increase likelihood of funneling through.

We understand recruitment processes sometimes feel overwhelming and time-consuming. That's why we've focused creating efficient, streamlined Track24 and AtlasNXT recruitment approaches. We value your time providing each applicant showcasing skill opportunities conveniently.

Our current process consists of three interview stages allowing applicants meeting key stakeholders and gaining Track24 and AtlasNXT working insights. Our resourcing principles—privacy, equality and diversity, learning—are at our fair and inclusive recruitment process forefront.

Stage One: Initial Call (25-30 minutes)

Video calls with HR begin. Learn more about company, role and ask any position and company questions. It's important our values and candidate personal values align at recruitment beginning, ensuring great company fits and organisational suitability. "During interviews, answer questions clearly and concisely, providing accomplishment examples." This is where we ask about motivations, expectations and current situations ensuring alignment before process continuation.

"To prepare for interviews, research companies and positions. Prepare questions for interviewers and practice answering common interview questions."

Top Tip: Research the company, interviewers, and roles before our team interviews.

Stage Two: Competency-Based Interview (1-1.5 hours)

Our process' second stage is competency-based interviewing, typically lasting 1-1.5 hours. HR teams conduct this accompanied by Hiring Managers or experienced team members. This round focuses on scenario-based job role questions and deeper experience exploration helping understand working styles. It also gives opportunities learning day-to-day role aspects from direct team members. Another technical question opportunity and role requirement further understanding from hiring managers—after all, this is two-way processes where candidates get everything needed making well-informed progression decisions.

Top Tip: Relax! We want knowing the real you. While important preparing before speaking with our team, we want genuine conversations rather than Q&A sessions.

Stage Three: Assessment Round (Presentation/Deliverable)

Our process' final stage is assessment rounds, giving every applicant chances showcasing their best work to HR teams, Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership members. Whenever possible, we prefer conducting this in-person, allowing better culture senses. Prior to interviewing, we share assessment briefs 4-5 days beforehand, asking short 20-minute presentation, sales enablement asset or design preparation related provided topics/questions, aligning with applying roles. We provide supporting material and information, advising adhering closely to our brand guidelines and style. Your work presented in our style helps us envisioning you as potential employees, showcasing attention to details. After presentations, we provide success-reflecting responses within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.

Top Tip: Stick to company brand guidelines and style.

We understand recruitment processes are daunting, but we believe our three-stage interview processes are efficient and thorough. It allows applicant skill showcase and valuable working insights at Track24 and our company.
